Giovanni L. represents world-class ice cream
Giovanni L. has won several awards. Their pistachio ice cream has won a gold medal in Rimini, and is just one of the many varieties that you should taste when you visit us.
You can also choose our salted liquorice ice cream, or our ice cream based on “rødgrød med vanilje” (red berry pudding with vanilla). You are sure to find your new favourite.

Almas Terrasse
is Bakken’s oasis. We hope our own love for the place will be contagious. We try our best by purchasing and producing products that we are excited about ourselves. We love diversity, and want to challenge everybody’s taste buds.
We offer craft beer and various other draught beers, the best ice cream, quality coffee and many, many other wonderful delicacies.

Refreshing organic soft drinks
Galvanina is the Italian family-owned company that has been producing organic award-winning soft drinks since 1917, which we love to offer to both adults and children.
We also have a wealth of flavours to choose from, from mandarin to blood orange with black carrot and blueberry – it doesn’t get any more exciting than that!
Quality coffee from Risteriet
You can also enjoy a nice cup of coffee. We have coffee from Risteriet Coffee, and we believe that good ice cream and good coffee go hand in hand. Our coffee is organic and, of course, brewed from quality beans. In other words, you can buy gourmet coffee from us.
Naturally, we also serve many different varieties of our freshly ground estate coffee from Risteriet Coffee.
Christmas shop during the winter
When the season changes and it gets a little too cold for ice cream, Almas Terrasse transforms into a Christmas shop, where you can buy glögg, sugar roasted almonds and all the other staples of the sweet Christmas season.
Don’t worry, we also serve coffee regardless of season.

This month our good friends at Pure Shots have introduced us to their new Pure Apple shot.
It’s a shot of apple and vanilla at 16.4% ABV, and we’ve made it “our own” by adding a squirt of real whipped cream, which we garnish with a little cocoa powder and chocolate sprinkles – and voilà! The trademark apple pie shot that has already become a huge hit – you’re welcome!
